Terms of Service

Patterson Growth builds and manages a customized AI-powered lead-response and follow-up system for businesses. The system may include CRM functionality, AI-powered lead response, automated follow-up, communication tools, pipelines, calendars, appointment reminders, reporting, and related onboarding and management services.

Patterson Growth is a built-and-managed service rather than custom software development, consulting, or marketing services. Each system is configured around the client's business, lead process, and approved information.

By using Patterson Growth, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Not misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the platform or related services.

Patterson Growth charges:

• A monthly management subscription of $497/month, plus a $497 one-time setup and implementation fee. Today's total is $994, which includes the setup fee and the first monthly payment.
• The recurring $497 monthly subscription begins 30 days after purchase and then every 30 days until canceled.

Subscriptions are month-to-month with no trial and automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel at any time by emailing michael@pattersongrowth.com or texting (888) 394-7058. Your cancellation request is effective when received. To avoid the next renewal charge, the request must be received before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals. The setup fee, the current paid period, and work already performed are non-refundable except where required by law.

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of platform access.

Any additional usage-based fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before they are incurred.

Patterson Growth is designed to improve customer communication and lead management.

However, we do not guarantee:

• Revenue increases
• Lead generation
• Appointment bookings
• Conversion rates
• Business growth
• Any specific business outcome

Any examples, testimonials, demonstrations, or case studies are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

By submitting your information or becoming a customer, Patterson Growth may contact you regarding your account, onboarding, billing, service updates, and support.

If you explicitly opt in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive text messages related to your account and services.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase or use Patterson Growth.

The Patterson Growth platform, software configuration, workflows, AI prompts, automation logic, templates, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Patterson Growth.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the platform while your subscription remains active.

No ownership of Patterson Growth or its intellectual property is transferred to customers.

Patterson Growth integrates with third-party providers including, but not limited to:

• GoHighLevel
• Stripe
• Twilio / LC Phone
• Email providers
• AI providers
• Communication services

Availability of these third-party services is outside Patterson Growth's control.

Temporary outages, delays, interruptions, or changes made by third-party providers do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patterson Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Patterson Growth during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Carrier Disclaimer:

Patterson Growth is not responsible for delays or failures in SMS or phone communications caused by mobile carriers, internet providers, network outages, or other third-party communication services.

Patterson Growth may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on this website.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

Your use of Patterson Growth is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
