Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Effective Date: September 9, 2026

    1. Subscription Billing

    Patterson Growth is a month-to-month subscription service priced at $497 per month. There is no setup fee and no free trial. Your first payment is charged at checkout. Your subscription then automatically renews every 30 days from your original purchase date until you cancel.

    Usage-based charges for messaging, phone, carrier, and AI are included in the monthly subscription.

    2. How to Cancel

    You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing michael@pattersongrowth.com or texting (888) 394-7058.

    Your cancellation request is effective when received. To avoid the next renewal charge, your request must be received before your renewal date.

    Cancellation stops all future recurring charges. No further payments will be collected after your cancellation takes effect.

    3. Refunds

    Monthly subscription fees that have already been charged are non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund prior payments.

    Work already performed by Patterson Growth before cancellation is non-refundable except where required by law.
