Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Effective Date: September 9, 2026

    1. Subscription Billing

    Patterson Growth charges $1,500 at checkout for implementation and the first 30 days of service. Beginning 30 days after purchase, the subscription is charged at $697 and automatically renews every 30 days until canceled. Messaging, phone, carrier, A2P registration, and AI usage are billed separately based on actual use without markup.

    2. How to Cancel

    You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing michael@pattersongrowth.com or texting (888) 394-7058.

    Your cancellation request is effective when received. To avoid the next renewal charge, your request must be received before your renewal date.

    Cancellation stops all future recurring charges. No further payments will be collected after your cancellation takes effect.

    3. Refunds

    The $1,500 implementation fee is non-refundable once implementation work has begun.

    Monthly subscription fees that have already been charged are non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund prior payments.

    Work already performed by Patterson Growth before cancellation is non-refundable except where required by law.
